About Us

I saw my first whale when I was three years old—and I’ve been in love with marine life ever since. As a kid, I could spend hours staring out at the ocean, imagining the incredible creatures swimming just beneath the waves. That childhood wonder grew into a lifelong mission. Today, I’m a trained marine naturalist with a background in Communications, Public Administration, and Ocean Science. My favorite thing to do? Help communities discover how awesome whales and ocean animals really are!

I started Twisted Orca to make learning about marine life fun, interactive, and unforgettable. 

When I’m not talking about whales, you’ll find me volunteering with marine mammal rescue teams or helping wild seals and endangered sea turtles. Whether I’m in a classroom or on the coast, my goal is simple: to help more people connect to our amazing blue planet. Ready to dive in?
